OnBlast Mobile App allows both the employee and the customer to rate each other based on interactions within the establishment. Give feedback, review comments and rate people. Ratings score ranges from -5 to +5. The higher the rating score a customer has, depending on if the establishment wishes to participate, customers can recieve incentives such as discounts on their bill or free items (up to the establishment). This app levels the playing field, with other apps out there only allowing the customer to give their view of the business; this app allows people to get more one on one. Both the customer and the employee can give their view on their encounters with each other.
